Thanks to our expert and experienced human resources and our management approach that supports innovations and continuous development, our R&D (research and development) and INNOVATION department develops innovative products by prioritizing and projecting needs, ideas and demands.

Through collaborations with universities, foundations and other R&D Centers, innovative products are developed, while scientific articles, case studies and joint publications are created.

Our P&D (Product Development) department ensures that our products in the market are up-to-date, competitive, and profitable. Our expert staff assigned separately for each product group ensures customer satisfaction by fast technical service.

Many processes with high temperatures, high- and low-pressure values, efficient cooling, fast mixing, and processing speeds can be achieved with various pilot reactors, machinery, and equipment in the synthesis laboratory. These processes can be controlled and modified instantly. In this way, many different compounds can be formulated, and different polymers can be synthesized.

In the application laboratories, the synthesized-formulated products are tested and developed in accordance with the requirements and conditions of our customers. Constant feedback is received and given during collaborations we have developed with our suppliers and customers. With field trials, solutions are developed, and continuous improvement is ensured.

Standard product quality is very critical for the industries we serve. Our performance chemicals, which are used in the automotive, furniture, footwear, and packaging industries, play an extremely important role in the quality of the final product. Thanks to the instrumental analysis devices we have, and the test and observation methods developed by our experienced staff, the quality standards we undertake in every production and every process are controlled and ensured.

The certification required for the developed products to be accepted on a global scale are completed during the development steps. In case of new certificate requests, the demand is met in a short time with the teamwork of our different departments.
